  最佳決策,要測底解決問題改善不再發生,最好能理解問題的全像,常常不是局部可見。在一次我做創業輔導顧問諮詢時,一位資深工程師,做ERP資訊系統服務的創業,他問了一個很大的問題,但是我挺喜歡的:

 

 他問了:

  "請問ERP市場有多大?

  

 我回答:

 

  垂直:有ERP需求相關的產業

  水平:所有規模的ERP資訊業者

 

       所有需求就是市場,計算你能獲得多少的市場,大概就是你的公司營業額潛力,一邊說這段話,還一邊紙上畫了一個像十字架的圖,讓他理解彼此的關聯。

 

 

  那次以後,我發明一個策略導航圖:

 

  垂直:問題開始到結束的程序步驟 (或部門)

  水平:問題的環境和變數因子 (或事件)
